Welcome to the Indiana Jazz Education Association All-District Jazz Band online student application. The completion of this form will begin the process of selecting this year's All-District Jazz Bands across the state.

The first thing you need to do is provide your School Access Code below. You should have received this code from your director and is required to start an entry. If you do not know your code, please speak with your director and make sure they have started your school's All-District entry.
